Novel Leaf Handle Silicone Tea Strainer Infuser

It's a great strainer for those who enjoy tea but hate it when tiny leaves get in the cup. The holes in the metal part (which is also a huge plus) are very small and it's easy to wash it. The silicon part is very thick, that's why the strainer keeps its shape and doesn't fall. I also like the small plate a lot, you can put your strainer there when the tea starts getting too strong.
When first unpacked the strainer has a slight plastic-silicone smell, but after boiling it for a couple of minutes in water with lemon it disappers.
I've been having it for 3 months and never regretted it!

Suggestion

When you put your strainer in the cup with water it doesn't remain on the bottom but floats because of air in the upper part. Squishing it out won't help, the silicone is too thick to do it fully. But actually that's not a problem, it can't fall over the brim.

This is a very good strainer, with quality materials. The only problem I personally have with it is that it floats instead of sinking, since it does not have holes at the top, only bottom and sides. If you don't mind having to push a few times into the water, it's perfect.

Very convenient for all brews, even coffee, but works best for the tea. Silicon handle doesn't heat up. Has a silicon holder.

amazing product comes with the plate underneath so no drops will be there on the table
