HUAWEI Honor Band 3 Smartband

Являюсь обладателем данного браслета вот уже 4 месяца. Решил накидать небольшой обзор по этому девайсу, может кому будет полезен.
Я большой фанат умных часов и браслетов, перепробовал разное. От совсем простых, типа sony smartband первого поколения, до таких "суперумных штук" как apple watch. После полученного опыта четко понял, что именно мне нужно от девайса на руке. Во-первых, главное, это функция вибрации при звонке, потому что обычно я не слышу телефон в кармане, второй необходимой функцией оказалось наличие экрана, все-таки очень удобно иметь возможность посмотреть время или какое-то уведомление во время ходьбы, особенно актуально это оказалось в моем регионе, где часто можно попасть под дождь. Ну и плюс ко всему, люблю последить за своим пульсом.
Хочется отметить следующее:
1) Браслет действительно хорошо мониторит сон. Да, погрешности бывают. Но если сравнить показания, в процентном соотношении, о быстром, легком и глубоком сне со средними показаниями из научных статей, то фазы сна эта штука меряет очень хорошо, благодаря ей выправил свой сон, теперь сплю намного лучше и эффект от сна тоже улучшился. На счет умного будильника, тут нужно помнить, что необходимо выспаться иначе он просто не сможет вам помочь, меня он даже разбудить не может, если я недосыпаю. Кстати, у браслета хорошая форма, спать с ним удобно.
2) Отлично работает пульсометр, сравнивал с apple watch и sony smart band 2.
3) Батареи хватает на долго, примерно 7-10 дней, после умных часов сначала было непривычно, что вечером не нужно ставить на зарядку.
4) На счет шагомера, тут все просто, все подобные устройства имеют погрешность. У этого точность не плохая, если просто идти, ну а если м

At launch this device was poor. When using Android, two separate apps needed to be installed, settings were missing from the control app, the sleep monitoring lagged within the app and data synchronization took a long time.
Since that time, Huawei have made it so that you only need to install the Huawei Health app from the play store. Now you can sync, update firmware, pair, change settings and monitor your sleep or activity from the app on your mobile device. This is a great improvement.
When you first get the wristband, you should pair it to your phone or tablet using the Huawei Health app and the language should change to the native language set on your device (in my case English.) The settings of the band can then be changed using the app. I recommend updating the firmware via Huawei Health as soon as possible. The app may automatically prompt you to do so.
The build quality of the band is great and the wrist strap adjustment offers the right level of comfort. The screen can be difficult to read in bright light but is otherwise clear in normal daylight. Date and time does not require pairing to be complete in order to maintain synchronisation. The bundled USB interface charging cradle snaps into place and the device charges very quickly. The single button operation to flick between the various options is a simple and effective way to manage the tracker from your wrist.
The battery life is phenomenal and with handset notifications turned off, the device does not need to be charged for at least two weeks even when wearing it every day.
Alarms for any time can be set using the app and a wake up alarm can also be set to wake you pre-emptively depending upon which mode of sleep it detects you are in. The aim of this method is to wake you before you begin a deep sleep cycle close to your chosen wake up time. The band wakes you by vibrating gently. You can even snooze the alarm. The sleep monitoring app provides great insight into your sleep hygiene and can provide useful information to anyone who suffers from sleep apnoea.
The anti sedimentary reminder is great if you work sitting at a desk all day. You can physically show your colleagues that it is time to get up and move to stay healthy if you need to.
I have showered with the band on with no problem, although I did so only to test the waterproofing.
This device is comfy, easy to wear and provides pretty accurate data. The insight of which may provide you with important information about your life; so that you can improve your health and all round general well-being. This device could be really useful to you if you are a health focused individual or want to take a modern approach to improve your physical fitness.

Ho comprato questa fitness band per monitorare il battito ma soprattutto i cicli di sonno e la qualità del sonno in generale. La band è fatta bene, molto leggera e discreta, il cinturino é morbido e ben saldo. É solo un po' spessa nella parte superiore, altrimenti potrebbe essere tranquillamente confusa con un bracciale. Lo schermo del tutto adeguato al suo utilizzo, e le gesture sono piuttosto precise e semplificano la vita. La durata della batteria e ottima, 7 giorni pieni con i monitoraggi e le notifiche costantemente attivi. Il monitoraggio del sonno e quello del battito li ho trovati molto precisi, ed anche il conta passi fa il suo dovere. In un mese di utilizzo Ho riscontrato principalmente tre difetti:

- la app Huawei Health benche funzioni, potrebbe sicuramente essere più completa . Interagisce con poche app di terze parti e cosa curiosa, non riconosce direttamente la band, ma solo tramite l'altra app di gestione wearable di Huawei senza la quale non si può collegare la band al telefono;

- la sveglia smart, che dovrebbe vibrare prima dell'orario fissato se capisce che dormiamo un sonno leggero, non scatta mai in anticipo e mi sveglia direttamente all'ora fissata. Questo nonostante effettivamente dalla app risulti che io pochi minuti prima della sveglia stessi dormendo un sonno leggero. Se sono sveglio invece, scatta effettivamente prima quindi non sono riuscito a capire quale sia la discriminante ;

- benché la modalità non disturbare consenta di disabilitare le gesture in modo da non accendere lo schermo col movimento del polso durante il sonno, il tasto touch rimane attivo quindi se dormendo lo si sfiora con l'altro braccio o anche il viso, lo schermo si accende e qualche volta mi ha svegliato la luce.

In generale, i difetti che ho trovato sono per lo più software e quindi migliorabili con aggiornamenti, che devo dire arrivano abbastanza frequentemente finora.

La consiglio assolutamente considerato il prezzo, perché è la giusta via di mezzo per chi come me e sportivo ma allo stesso tempo non cerca un prodotto professionale che costa 2 o 3 volte tanto.

Το προαναφερόμενο προϊόν έχει πολλά θετικά έτσι απέκτησε το 4 αστέρια στα 5. Έχει πολύ καλή ποιότητα κατασκευής ανθεκτικό και όντος αδιάβροχο. Εύκολη συνδεσμολογία με το smartphone, σε εμένα βέβαια με το Huawei P8 Lite έχει θέματα μέχρι να κάνει το πρώτο update καθώς δεν έμενε συνδεμένο με το Bluetooth πάνω από 30 δευτερόλεπτα. Για κάποιον λόγο άγνωστο μέχρι τώρα έπρεπε να το συνδέσω με άλλο smartphone (android), να κάνω την αναβάθμιση και έπειτα λειτουργούσε κανονικά με άμεσο συγχρονισμό. Η μπαταρία αντέχει με φουλ χρήσει περίπου 10 μέρες γενικά αν δεν μετράς κάθε ένα λεπτό τους παλμούς σου είναι πολύ καλά σε βγάζει μήνα με βασική χρήση (όπως να μετράς κάθε νύχτα ή όποτε κοιμάσαι την ποιότητα ύπνου). Αυτό που δεν γίνεται με τίποτα είναι το πρόβλημα με τις γλώσσες, έχει προ εγκατεστημένες 9 γλώσσες και αν δεν δει μία από αυτές όταν συνδέεται στο κινητό σου τότε πάει στην πρώτη που είναι και τα Κινέζικα ή όχι είναι δεν ξέρω αυτά που καταλαβαίνουν μόνο οι άνθρωποι με σκιστά μάτια. Ας πούμε εγώ που έχω Ελληνικά δεν γίνεται τίποτα! Για πάντα κινέζικα για τα βλέπω, ΑΛΛΑ! Όχι εσύ που το διαβάζεις αυτό, με έναν ακόμα περίεργο λόγο, ένα μυστήριο όταν θα σε παίρνουν τηλέφωνο ή θα σου στέλνουν μηνύματα θα τα αναγράφει κανονικά. Με ελληνικούς χαρακτήρες παράδειγμα. Γενικά είναι πολύ καλό για την τιμή του. Τώρα αν με ρωτάς αν το πρότεινα σε φίλο μου… τη να σου πω; Φίλους δεν έχω εεε… σε άγνωστο όχι δεν θα του έλεγα στα καλά του καθουμένου πάρε φίλε και εσύ ένα τέτοιο είναι ωραίο!

The mention above product has a lot of positive for that I gate it 4 stars. Has very good quality construction durable and really waterproof. It is easy to connect your smartphone, for me Huawei P8 Lite have some issues until the first update as it wouldn’t stay in Bluetooth for more than 30 seconds

Although I'm a huge admirer of Xiaomi products, I liked the design of this band more than that of Mi Band 3. It's sleeker and looks like an elegant wristband, not an electronic device. But after a week of intensive use, I can say it's not perfect.
First of all: setting it all up on a smartphone. It's a painful process involving installing of 3 (yes, THREE!) apps and signing up for an account in Huawei service. Too much hassle.
Secondly, the language: if your phone's language is not one of five supported, your band will speak to you in Chinese. There's no other way to change it but to change your phone's language to, say, English. Shame on you, Huawei, and see how Xiaomi solved this issue perfectly.
And last but not least, there's no stopwatch or timer feature. Ridiculous, considering the fact that it's supposed to be a sport band.
Apart from these cons, the band is good and the Health app does it's job. I don't know how precise the measurements are, but they seem to be realistic.
The battery lasts long: a week of lots of screen activating, constant notifications from Messenger and phone calls, as well as everyday sleep monitoring, the battery lost only 30% of power.
All in all, I can recommend it. But the perfect match would be to see Mi Band's features in Honor's case.

[PL] Dostawa z Fast-8 w dwa dni - rewelacja! Ale jeśli zależy komuś na polskich komunikatach w opasce, lepiej niech wybierze Mi Band 3. Honor nie pokaże nawet angielskich napisów, jeśli język telefonu będzie polski.
